Avaya, one of the world’s largest contact and call centre systems vendors, announced last month that they are teaming up with Google to offer their popular Avaya IP Office Contact Centre, hosted in the Google Cloud.
The “Customer Engagement On Avaya Powered by Google Cloud Platform” will be a subscription based service starting at 10 call centre agents, scaling up to a total of 250 call centre agents. Users simply provision a Chrome device, download the Customer Engagement On Avaya software and connect a headset or Avaya IP Phone and you are up and running.
