The Alcatel-Lucent 4019’s easy-to-understand interface is what sets it apart from other telephone handsets – its crisp black and white screen displays up to twenty alphanumeric characters at once, and its handy bidirectional navigator allows for maximum screen utility with minimal effort. It also sports a number of easily-identifiable dedicated function keys for many features (such as its one-touch redial, mute, volume control, and speakerphone options), separated from the phone’s other keys so that they’re always easy to find.
