ELIGIBILITY
If you have an eligible ABN, ARBN or ACN you will be eligible to receive 50% off local voice calls and 50% off national long distance (STD®) voice calls (known as Call Discount) made from your Telstra Business phone system where you:
a) Purchase, rent or lease a new Telstra Business phone system;
b) Sign an Agreement for a term of 48 months; and
c) Connect to one of the following plans (known as ‘Eligible Voice Plans’):
i) TBS Business Connect Basic Plan;
ii) TBS Business Connect Plus Plan;
iii) TBS Business Connect Premium Plan; or
iv) A TBS-compatible ALL-4-Biz Plan.
This offer is known as the Discount Calls Offer.

36 – 60 months
WHAT YOU GET
You will receive the Call Discount specified above for voice calls made from your Telstra Business phone system. The call charges are set out below.

Your other call charges will remain the same, and are set out in the My Offer Summary for your Eligible Voice Plan.
Please note, the Call Discount under the Discount Calls Offer is only available from 1 April 2012. If you take up the Discount Calls Offer on your Eligible Voice Plan before this date you will only receive your applicable Call Discount from 1 April 2012.
EXCLUSIONS
This Discount Calls Offer is not transferrable or redeemable as cash and is not compatible with the 14% TBS standard contract monthly rebate. It is also not available with any other fixed voice plan or the BusinessLine® Choice Whole of Business Offer. This Discount Calls offer is only compatible with the Breadth of Service Discount 100% Discount on Fixed to Fleet, which gives you a 100% discount on calls from your fixed phone lines to your eligible mobile services.
LOSING YOUR DISCOUNT CALLS OFFER
If you or we cancel your Eligible Voice Plan before the end of your minimum term you’ll no longer be eligible for the Discount Calls offer. You will be charged the applicable call rates for local and national long distance voice calls made from your Telstra Business phone system. You will have to pay us the total value of any Call Discount you’ve received in addition to any early termination charge for your service.
