The Avaya 9608 IP handset is the base handset in the new range of IP phones from Avaya. But, don’t be fooled by it’s rank in the hierarchy! This handset punches well above its weight!
Unlike the 1616 handset which it is the upgrade for, the Avaya 9608 has the ability to use its 8 buttons 3 times over, with the ability to scroll and toggle through the screen to see up to 24 extensions or feature keys and with the standard features we have come to expect from Avaya, such as hold, transfer, call history, contacts, headset, speaker & mute, this handset has also been created to be the remote workers dream!
