- The old phone system was unreliable and breaking down and causing the business to miss calls and potentially loss of business
- Needed temporary Cabling as they were looking to relocate in the near future
- Needed to utilise Existing Phone numbers
- Required an On-Hold system which would be flexible for customised messages

- Used their existing carrier (Telstra) for the phone lines
