The Avaya 9621G Is the first handset in the series with a basic colour touch screen to give the user an interactive experience with the phone through both the screen and traditional button navigation. High definition voice via the handpiece and the wideband audio experience of the speaker phone can make it sound like you are right in the room with the person on the other end of the phone.
The traditional feature button set includes conference, headset, mute, volume and with an adapter, this handset also provides direct pairing with bluetooth headsets for the ultimate user experience.
Whilst not the cheapest handset in the range, this could be the perfect handset for a modest CEO or company Director. The high definition microphone and speakers will give the caller or answerer a true crystal clear talk experience.
