This Yealink EXP50 model has three pages of 20 flexible buttons to program up to 60 functions, including BLF, speed dial, call forwarding, transfer, call park, and call pickup features. This feature allows users to manage high call volumes and monitor contacts.

The Yealink EXP50 Colour-screen Expansion Module has a stand to keep it at adjustable angles and a USB cable for data transmission and extended functionality, such as call recording via a USB flash drive. The 4.3-inch 272×480-pixel colour screen supports custom wallpapers, screensavers, and colour icons for a more personalised user experience.
