The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro is an all-in-one interactive meeting device that comes in 65″, 75″, and 86″ sizes. It combines video conferencing, wireless content sharing, and a digital whiteboard into one system.

The triple-eye camera setup uses 50MP resolution with AI features, such as auto-framing and speaker tracking. It provides a clear video with IntelliFocus and video fence technology. The 16-microphone array picks up voices from 12 metres away with noise cancellation.

What phone system does it work with?

An all-in-one interactive display that combines the meeting system, the screen and an electronic whiteboard in a single device. Unusually, it is certified for both Teams Rooms on Android and Teams Rooms on Windows, so it can suit either IT standard — and it also supports native Zoom and a general BYOD mode. The board’s built-in compute runs Android; Teams Rooms on Windows requires an optional Yealink OPS compute module fitted to the board’s OPS slot, which is a separate line item. Switching between Android and Windows afterwards needs no change to the display or the room cabling. Certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

THE LICENCE QUESTION EVERY BUYER MISSES. Microsoft Teams Rooms is licensed per ROOM DEVICE, not per user — a two-person huddle space and a thirty-seat boardroom each need exactly one licence. Two separate things are required for every room: a resource account (an Exchange Online mailbox that holds the room’s calendar) AND a device licence. Teams Rooms Basic is free but covers a maximum of 25 rooms per tenant; beyond that, every additional device needs a Teams Rooms Pro licence regardless of which features you actually want. Pro lists at roughly USD $40 per room per month. Teams Rooms Basic also cannot license Teams Panels, and dual-screen support is a Pro feature — relevant here, because the board’s HDMI output supports a second display.

NOTE: Microsoft’s 1 April 2026 licensing update moved several Teams Premium capabilities — town halls, webinars, eCDN and immersive events — into Teams Enterprise, and renamed the Teams Shared Devices licence to Teams Shared Space. Teams Rooms Basic and Pro were not changed by that update. For Zoom deployments, a Zoom Rooms licence and account are required and are separate from the hardware.

One device to install, mount and manage — Yealink documents installation in as little as 12 minutes. Wall-mounted or on a mobile floor stand; NOTE that wall mounts and floor stands are optional accessories, not standard inclusions, and must be quoted. HDMI output supports a second 4K display at 60 Hz for dual-screen rooms and a touch-enabled second screen connected over USB gives dual-screen touch. Wired and IP BYOD workflows let a visiting laptop borrow the board’s camera, microphones, speakers and touch display. Optional accessories include the CTP25 touch controller, the MB-12X Pro external PTZ camera, CS10 and CM20 audio devices, PA20 and the VCM36-W wireless microphone. The first-generation PTZ 6X and 12X cameras do not fit the MeetingBoard Pro — the MB-12X Pro is the only compatible external PTZ camera. Note also that IntelliFocus is not currently available when using the MB-12X Pro, which supports Manual, Speaker Tracking, Auto-Framing and Picture-in-Picture modes.

4K UHD (3840×2160) anti-glare touch display with 20-point multi-touch, a four-level stylus (pen tip writes, pen tail erases), palm rejection, gesture controls for drawing and palm erasing, and dual-person simultaneous writing (one person can write while another erases), at around 21ms writing latency. Available in 65″, 75″ and 86″, for small to large rooms. Triple 50-megapixel camera system — one wide-angle in the centre and two telephoto either side — plus a dedicated AI video processor driving Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, Picture-in-Picture, IntelliFocus, Video Fence and Audio Fence. External microphone support extends coverage in larger rooms: CM20 ceiling microphones and CS10 speakers are supported up to four of each, and when CM20 microphones are used with the board’s built-in speakers, the built-in microphones stop capturing audio.

Rooms where the display and the meeting system should be one purchase rather than two — and particularly rooms that do real whiteboarding: design teams, agile squads, training rooms and classrooms. The dual-writing feature and 12-metre audio pickup make it a genuine teaching device, not just a meeting screen. Yealink’s own commercial argument is worth repeating: for a similar budget to a bar plus a traditional television, you get a touch display and better AV covering a larger space.

The board, stylus and cabling. Wall mount and floor stand are OPTIONAL and must be quoted separately — this is the most common omission on a MeetingBoard quote. The Windows OPS compute module is also optional and separately quoted. Supplied, installed and supported in Australia by Com2 Communications (1300 887 495). Power adapters supplied for the Australian market ship with an AU plug and carry the RCM mark; on a multi-room rollout, check that the AU pack is supplied and not a grey import with a US or EU adapter. Nothing stated here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. NETWORK AND ROOM READINESS: a Teams Room needs a data point at the display position, adequate bandwidth and QoS, and — for wireless content sharing — reliable Wi-Fi. The most common cause of a disappointing Teams Room is the room, not the hardware. A board of this size needs structural wall assessment before mounting, and installation is quoted as a line item rather than left to the customer.

Against the MeetingBar A50: the A50 is a bar that needs a separate display; the MeetingBoard Pro is the display, and adds interactive whiteboarding. If the room needs whiteboarding or the customer wants one device to manage, the board wins. If the room already has a good screen, the bar is cheaper.

Against the MVC S50: the S50 is a modular Windows bundle for a room that already has a display and wants a separate mini-PC and touch console.
